What is the price for a single warehouse registration?: A single warehouse registration in the website depends from the period that your store will be visible and accessible for the other users and visitors.

How do I inform myself where and what kind of available warehouses there are at the moment?

There are three ways to be informed where and what kind of available warehouses there are at the moment.

The first way is from the map from the initial page of the website. The available and registered for the moment warehouses are marked in red. In order to select a certain warehouse you should click on the mark by the left button of the mouse. Once you click on the mark you will see the name and the address of the warehouse. If you wish to have detailed information for this warehouse you have to click by the left button of the mouse on the name of the warehouse. Now you will enter into the warehouse profile. There are blue colored circles with a figure in it. The places where there is more than one registered warehouse are marked like this. In this case, by clicking on the circle you can reach and select a certain warehouse. When the warehouse appears in red mark, now you can enter its profile the way it is mentioned above.
The second way is you to enter into the submenu “warehouses”, placed on the upper right angle on the bar of the initial page site. All the warehouses, registered up to the moment, are listed there. In order to enter into a certain warehouse profile, you have to click with the left button of the mouse on the name of the store.
The third way is by using the search button, placed on the upper right angle on the bar of the initial page site. Here you can search a warehouse by writing a continent, country or a town.

Is it necessary for me to have a user registration in order to find out where and what available warehouses there are at the moment?: For searching and viewing registered warehouses it is not necessary to have a user registration. In case you make a user registration, then you will have a full value of the site’s advantageous. The user registration is fully FREE.

How can I make a user registration?

There are two ways to make a user registration.

The first way is by clicking the button “Register now”, placed on the initial page of the site. Once you are on “Registration” page you should follow the instructions.
The second way is by clicking the button “Log in”, placed on the upper right angle on the bar of the initial page of the site. Once you are on “Log in” page, you should press button “Register” and follow the instructions.

How do I register a warehouse?: In order to register a warehouse it is necessary you to have a user registration and to enter into your profile. Once you are on “My profile” section, by pressing the button “My warehouses”, you can add and register a new warehouse.

When my warehouse will be visible and available for the other visitors and users?: Your warehouse will be visible and available for the other users and visitors only after it has been approved by the administrator of the site and after you make a payment for the chosen registration period. In order to make a payment you should fulfilled all compulsory fields from your profile. The approval takes no more than two working days and the period of time for payment depends on the conditions you have chosen. You will be informed by e-mail, mentioned in your profile, for the warehouse approval and conformation for payment.

How can I change the characteristics of already registered warehouse?: You can change the characteristics of already registered warehouse, after you have entered in your profile and you have pressed button “My warehouses”. Here you see a full list of your registered warehouses – My Warehouses list. From the “Actions” column you can view the details of each of your warehouses, add, edit or delete information. It is necessary your warehouse to be approved again, by the administrator, after every amendment or change. You will be informed for the approval by the e-mail, mentioned in your profile.

How do I make a payment?: You have to log in the site with your username and password in order to make a payment and to go in your profile, submenu “Payments”, and press the button “Make a payment”. On the payments page You will see a label “Chose a warehouse to pay for” with Your approved warehouses listed below. You have to choose one or several warehouses, next choose a period to pay for, then choose a payment method and press the “Submit” button. You will receive a link immediately by e-mail, from where you can download and print “Proforma invoice”. You will receive a conformation for the payment by e-mail, after you make a real payment and the invoiced amount appears on our bank account. In the same e-mail you will find a link where you can download and print the “Invoice” for the payment.

How do I receive the invoices for my payment?: When you submit the information for payment, you will receive a link by e-mail, from where you can download and print “Proforma invoice”. When you make a real payment and the invoiced amount of money appears on our account you will receive a conformation e-mail, from where you can download and print your “Invoice”.
